All published prices are subject to change without notice; orders will be billed at prices in effect at the date of order. Our prices as shown are exclusive of Taxes. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time.


All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time.

Product Descriptions:

Next attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, sizes, colors, styles or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


Handling and freight charges may apply. Order processing can take up to 7 days.


Claims for wrong or damaged goods must be reported to StarStarShop within 48 hours of receipt of goods.


We do not allow refunds, only store credit. You can exchange a product if you have size issues or select a different product from our store within the amount of your original purchase. 


You may return any unused item (in its original packaging) within 7 days of receipt. Our return procedure is as follows:

  • Contact StarStarShop.
  • Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
  • Goods must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with UPC code if applicable.
  • With prior authorization, goods will be accepted for return within 7 days of purchase, for an Exchange or Store Credit, no refunds.
  • Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be adjusted in-store credit by StarStarShop.
