Shipping/Delivery:
Handling and freight charges may apply. Order processing can take up to 7 days.
Claims:
Claims for wrong or damaged goods must be reported to StarStarShop within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Refund:
We do not allow refunds, only store credit. You can exchange a product if you have size issues or select a different product from our store within the amount of your original purchase.
Returns:
You may return any unused item (in its original packaging) within 7 days of receipt. Our return procedure is as follows:
- Contact StarStarShop.
- Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
- Goods must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with UPC code if applicable.
- With prior authorization, goods will be accepted for return within 7 days of purchase, for an Exchange or Store Credit, no refunds.
- Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be adjusted in-store credit by StarStarShop.
